How to sign up for a 10bet Account?
In order to register, please follow the steps below:
*Open the 10bet website.
*Click (Join now) at the top right corner of the website and follow the below steps:
1. Enter a valid Mobile Number.
2. Enter a 4-digit Pin.
3. Confirm the 4-digit pin.
4. Input Referral code (optional).
5. Confirm the box indicating" I am over 18 and I accept T&Cs" is ticked.
6. A code will be sent to you to verify your mobile number.
7. Once you verify the number, click on Verify and Register.
How to deposit from website?
1. Go to the 10bet website and log into your account.
2. Go to “My Account” -> Click on the “Deposit” button.
3. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
4. Click on the “Deposit / Top Up Now” button.
5. You’ll receive a notification on your phone to enter your mobile money PIN.
6. Enter your mobile money account PIN and confirm the transaction.
7. You’ll get a confirmation message for a successful deposit.
8. The deposited amount should reflect immediately to your 10bet account.

How to reset my password?
In case of a forgotten password, please follow the steps below in order to reset it:
1. Open the 10Bet website.
2. Under the Login button, click on "Forgot pin?"
3. Enter and confirm your registered number.
4. Click on "Submit".
5. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) message on your device.
6. Enter and confirm your OTP.
7. Select and enter a new PIN to finalize.
How to withdraw money?
1. Go to the 10bet website and log into your account.
2. Go to “My Account” -> Click on the “Withdraw” item.
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
*Make sure the requested amount is available for withdrawal. Otherwise, your request will be rejected.
4. You’ll get a confirmation message for successful withdrawal.
How to place a bet?
1. Go to 10bet website and log into your account.

How to place a Jackpot bet?
In order to place a Jackpot bet:
1.Log into your 10bet account.
2. Click on the Jackpot banner at the top of your screen.
3. Select: “Play Jackpot”.
4. On the right of the page, select the team that you predict to win. Click on either the home team (first listed team) or the Away team (second listed team).
5. If you wish to predict that the outcome of the game will be a draw, click in the middle of the two teams to select it.
6. Select your predictions for all Jackpot games.
7. A bet slip will appear with all your predictions.
8. On the bet slip, you will also be able to see the number of combinations made. If you have not placed a combination bet, the number of combinations will be 1.
9. Click on "Play now".
How do I locate my previously placed bets?
In order to access your bet history, please follow the steps below;
1. Login to your 10Bet account and click on your profile at the top right corner of the page where your account balance is located.
2.The drop-down menu will give you a few selections including: "My bets" "Bet History" "transactions"
3.You then select Bet History and select the period in which the bet was placed i.e., 24hrs or last week. If you are unable to view your bets on the last 24hrs option kindly change it to Last week
4. On the right side, you can also locate ”Open bets “ where all running bets can be found.

How long does it take for bet settlements to be updated on the website?
The bet settlement results are updated within 30 minutes of the event’s conclusion. During busy periods results may be delayed. In the unlikely event, that your bet settlement hasn’t reflected with the 30-minute timeframe, please contact our customer service team for further assistance through our contact us page.
Please note that you might experience a delay of 24 hours for bet settlement in an event that the game is postponed/canceled due to bad weather, protests, etc.
